Scott W. Drusch is a trial attorney with 10 years of experience representing clients in courtrooms and arbitrations throughout Colorado. Scott also serves as general counsel for business and real estate matters and uses his trial experience to help his clients navigate disputes and establish strong legal foundations.
Scott obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado Law School. Before attending law school, Scott attended Texas Christian University and earned a degree in political science and economics. Scott was honored to serve as an Associate Editor of the University of Colorado Law Review and received scholarships for legal writing.
Prior to joining Brown Dunning Walker Fein PC, Scott gained invaluable experience litigating cases at a downtown law firm and two boutique firms in the Denver Tech Center. Scott regularly obtains judgments in favor of individuals and business, and successfully defends clients against complex claims. Examples include obtaining and collecting a $225,000 judgment in favor a small business, obtaining and collecting a $218,000 judgment in favor of an HOA, and defending a $3,000,000 claim in international commercial arbitration that resulted in an award of no damages.
In his personal time, Scott enjoys hiking, learning martial arts, and spending time with his family.
Scott is admitted to practice in all Colorado trial and appellate courts, including the United States District Court for the District of Colorado and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.
